Rates - All rates are in Euro.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - 24 hours before date of arrival. Otherwise the hotel will charge you at 80% of the amount equivalent to the first night. It is not possible to cancel or to change the room types "non refundable". In case of a cancellation the full amount will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Check out time - Check out time is at 12:00 hours. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Excluding breakfast, Including taxes, Including service charge, Including VAT.
